Cannot insert explicit value for identity column in table <Table Name> 
when IDENTITY_INSERT is set to OFF.

Causes:

This error occurs when you are trying to insert into a table that contains an identity column and you are assigning a value to the identity column instead of letting SQL Server assign the value.
